Hi! I’m Valerie.

In my podcast and blog I talk individual empowerment with social system awareness. I’m anti-toxic positivity and spiritual bypassing and pro radical self love, activism, and nerdiness.

As a sociologist and a life coach I merge an understanding of the individual and societal with over 20 years of science and spiritually based personal development to help clients shift patterns that aren’t serving them.

I’m also an artist and huge sci-fi, fantasy, comic book movie nerd, so I often pull from those sources for analogies to support clients thinking outside the box to create a life they enjoy more.
