On an initial call we get to know each other a bit. We explore your goals, what's stopping you, and what you've tried so far. We'll engage the apparent block and I'll help you access clarity to navigate it. If it seems like a fit, we can discuss ways I could support you moving forward.
1-1 sessions are usually done via phone but I like to do initial sessions via Zoom, so we can connect a little better. However, there is a call in option if video call doesn't work for you for any reason.
