Understanding your stress language will help you support yourself better when your response is triggered. It can also help you navigate your relatiohnships with others. Our society has a love-hate relationship with stress. We rely on it for a sense of productivity and we spend a lot of energy trying to prevent chronic stress from causing burnout and harming our health. Stress isn’t inherently bad. It’s our relationship with it that’s problematic.
In this episode of Unlimited, the podcast, I’m talking about understanding your stress language so that you can communicate and support yourself better.
Some of what I’ll cover in this episode include:
- Understanding the meaning
- How to release it so that we can live more abundantly
